Amir Shahran

Iranian, 30, The exiled King.
My second Iranian brother.

We met at university.

He stayed in the bedroom next to Jason and I.

He proved to be a very positive influence in my life at university, encouraging me to smoke and drink heavily

He was also a keen sports man, representing our university in rugby (more recently he has gone on to represent the Iranian women’s national rugby team).

Amir has a dark sense of humour and travels to obscure parts of the world (Yemen, Urals, Torquay).

A truly free and pure spirit with visionary streaks- destined for something very special and deservedly so.

Jason Chang
Chinese, 30, Braveheart

We grew up together, at the same school since 13, and shared a room at university.

His Favourite hobbies- playing drinking games, singing, and eating garlic noodles (constantly feed him chewing gum or look away when speaking to him).

He is very gentle and sensitive but has the heart of a lion.

In our teens Rohit and I would start fights and Jason would finish them.

After university Jason moved to Taiwan and pursued a career in modelling and acting (He had blockbuster hit movies in Taiwan!).

He now lives in HK and works as a headhunter..

With very few people in life, time apart and distance away matters not.

A best friend to be very proud of and grateful for.

Rohit Khanna
Indian, 31, married young and married well.

Rohit is happily married to Arti (beautiful, kind, intelligent)- way too good for him, and has two lovely daughters.

Rohit was my partner in crime in youth. We both had a passion for pranks and being extremely immature –probably my best memories growing up!

He has no manners and eats with his feet.

Successful, selfless and funny he is my Pakistani brother.

God bless him.
